At Posture Hero, we want you to feel completely confident with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-Day Test Run on all our products. If you’re not satisfied, we make the process simple and hassle-free.
30-Day Test Run
We believe in the quality of our products and want you to try them risk-free.
If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your product within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price.
No questions asked.
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees (even if free shipping was offered) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
How to Initiate a Return
1. Contact Us
Email us at support@posturehero.store with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
2. Ship It Back
We will provide return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping and any original shipping/processing costs if free shipping was applied.
3. Get Your Refund
Once we receive your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Size Exchanges
Need a different size? No problem.
Contact us at support@posturehero.store within 30 days of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement.
Wrong Item or Defective Product
If we made a mistake, we’ll fix it at no cost to you.
- Wrong Item: We will send the correct product free of charge
- Defective Product: Send us a photo, and we will replace it without requiring a return
Order Cancellation
Orders must be canceled within 6 hours of placing the order.
After 6 hours, orders cannot be canceled. You will need to receive the item and follow our return process.
Shipping Protection
We offer optional Shipping Protection for a small fee.
If purchased, this covers:
- Lost packages
- Damaged items
- Theft during shipping
In such cases, we will reship your order at no extra cost.
